Trans Global Projects Group

Além disso, a Diretoria Executiva global do Trans Global Projects permanecerá a mesma.

Andreas Menzel appointed Managing Director Germany

Trans Global Projects Group (TGP) has named Andreas Menzel Managing Director for its German subsidiaries Trans Global Projects GmbH and Natco GmbH, effective immediately.

Menzel’s responsibilities include the strategic and operational management of TGP Germany and Natco Germany. As Managing Director, the 35-year-old’s key focus is on further driving the growth strategy for the German market. Menzel explains: “Despite the corona pandemic, the German market offers strong economic opportunities and presents many exciting chances for project logistics. Therefore, I am very much looking forward to continuing to expand our activities throughout Germany.” In his new role, Menzel oversees the companies’ important current activities. These include, for example, global strategic key account management for customers in the power and renewable energy sectors.

A qualified shipping merchant and project logistics specialist, Menzel brings more than 16 years of industry experience and is familiar with both the shipping and project forwarding sectors. Menzel has held senior management positions with numerous leading European logistics companies, most recently at ATS International Projects Europe and Deugro Group.

“With his strong background in project management and deep understanding of business development in the German market, Andreas is well equipped to further drive the success of our two German companies,” comments Joerg Roehl, TGP CEO Europe.

Menzel’s appointment to the German management board is a continuation of the TGP Group’s efforts to strategically expand its presence in the European market. Within the European Union, Germany plays a prominent role as an economic engine due to its central geographic location. Natco Germany became part of the Group in 2018, joining existing offices in the UK, Switzerland and Turkey as well as additional subsidiaries in Africa, America, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

“I look forward to working with Andreas, and I wish him every success in his important role within our Group,” says Roehl. “With Andreas as part of our management team in Germany – as well as supporting global key account management – our Group achieves another important step in integrating and expanding our activities.”
