The number and types of report within Global Track are extensive and it is therefore impractical to provide an overview of every single function available. However, descriptions of some of the most commonly used reports are provided below for illustration purposes. We would be pleased to discuss any specific project reporting needs at your convenience.

Max Days Charts – Various

Global Track can produce an extensive suite of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports that provide real-time information on the performance of a contract. In the example report, Global Track is monitoring Trans Global Projects' performance in delivering containers between defined port pairings against pre-set deadlines.

All Jobs – MMT Cargo List

This report is used to display every single MMT/SCN release for any given project, client or Trans Global Projects office. It can be used as a definitive source of information for the recording and reporting of all shipments; no matter where their origin, destination or conveyance.

This report can be used to provide an overview of the running total of charges levied by Trans Global Projects within a given period of time and/or for all work done on behalf of a client or for a specific project.

While this example Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) report is specific to cargo being exported to Australia, it demonstrates Global Track's versatility in producing defined reports dedicated to a particular project, country or client.

Global Track monitors user exceptions against pre-set shipment milestones and this data can be exported to provide the user or client with an overview of those various exceptions. In the example report, shipments for a particular project that have arrived at destination port, but are yet to be customs cleared can be identified and reported using this function (Exception – ATA, No Clearance Date). Many other versatile exception reports are available.

This report is used by our clients to provide a breakdown of costs between various modes and types of transport so that the client can see its expenditure patterns. This report can also be used in cost analysis models and predictions for future projects.

This report captures and delivers cargo values, shipping information and shipment dates for delivery to both the client and/or directly to our client's insurers for milestone insurance reports which are often required on the projects we undertake.

The incoming shipments screen was designed to act as a quick lookup of what shipments are due into a particular country/port or for a particular project/client. It is used by Trans Global Projects personnel and clients alike to give an instant look-ahead on cargo arrival.
