Trans Global Projects’ branch office in Perth, Western Australia celebrated its first anniversary with three contract awards, adding to the company’s existing successful venture in Australasia as a whole. Established to service the burgeoning oil, gas and mining markets in Western Australia, TGP’s Perth office has been able to secure three major contracts during its first year of operation, demonstrating first and foremost the expertise and knowledge of the company’s personnel located at the branch, as well as the vibrant nature of the region.

The awards consisted of two major freight forwarding contracts, one for rapid growth iron ore development projects in Western Australia itself and one for a gas compression facility in Oman being engineered in Perth. The latter project will eventually deliver 75 million standard cubic feet per day of treated sweet gas on behalf of supermajor oil company, BP. All three contracts are ongoing in 2010.
